Hotele au structura monobloc din inox 18/10 cu finisaje satinate Scotch Brite. Asamblarea este realizata prin sudura electronica. Sunt prevazute cu canal inchis ermetic pentru colectarea grasimilor, cu robinet de evacuare. Asigura maxim de igiena si siguranta pentru operatiunile de curatare. De asemenea sunt prevazute cu filtre labirint antigrasime din inox 18/20. Sunt prevazute cu sistem de extractie centrifugal cu aspiratie dubla, 230V/1/50Hz, IP 65. La cerere pot fi dotate cu lampi etanse de 20/40 W (cm 65/130 ) IP 65 si variator digital de viteza (RED 10A) cu intrerupator lumina si valva gaz.
